Welcome to Retina Pay (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our platform and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before making any recharge or bill payment through our platform.
1️⃣ Service Overview
Retina Pay is an online recharge and bill payment service provider offering payments for OTT, DTH, electricity bills, and other utilities across Sri Lanka. All payments are processed online, and confirmation is based on valid proof of payment uploaded by users.
2️⃣ Recharge Process
- After creating a recharge request, please send the payment to the selected bank account.
- Upload a clear photo or PDF of your bank receipt as proof of payment.
- Once verified, the recharge will be processed within 15 minutes.
- Requests made outside working hours may take longer to complete.
3️⃣ Refund Policy
All recharge and bill payment transactions made through Retina Pay are non-refundable. Once the payment has been processed and the recharge initiated, no refund or cancellation will be permitted under any circumstance.
4️⃣ Pricing & Service Charges
Retina Pay service charges and INR conversion rates are subject to change without prior notice. Please verify the total amount displayed before confirming your recharge or payment.
5️⃣ User Responsibilities
- Ensure that all account, operator, and payment details are accurate before submitting.
- Upload only genuine and valid payment receipts.
- Do not misuse the service or provide false transaction information.
- Keep your login credentials and banking details confidential.
6️⃣ Processing Time
Recharge and bill payments are normally completed within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. However, processing times may vary due to bank delays, network issues, or operator maintenance.
7️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Retina Pay is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from:
- Errors in user-submitted information.
- Bank processing delays or operator system failures.
- Unauthorized use of your account or login credentials.
8️⃣ Service Availability
We strive to keep Retina Pay operational 24/7. However, we may suspend access temporarily for system upgrades, maintenance, or technical issues without prior notice.
9️⃣ Modification of Terms
Retina Pay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
